Dr. Ha is excellent ! He is professional, kind, compassionate, empathetic and gentile! His beside manor is warm and friendly welcoming all questions! He is a wonderful doctor! His team is friendly, kind, and proficient! I have referred family to him as this is a well ran office that cares about their patients!
Dr. Ha is great. Very professional and caring, is always available to his patients. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. Corporate OPTUM should take lessons.
Dr. Ha is a fantastic ENT, and my experience was five stars from start to finish. His staff was kind and efficient. I was called into the waiting room as soon as I arrived for my appt and saw the dr immediately. The visit was detailed and reassuring.
