They charged our credit card for renewal without authorization for 3 years in a roll. We have cancelled their service for 3 years but we have been charged by them for $1600 every single year after cancellation and we had to contact them to get issues resolved. We even have deleted the credit card information before close the account. Why is it so hard to cancel the service?
