Not Chinese food. The pepper steak was bland. The ingredients obviously came from containers of premade "Chinese" ingredients. Steak pieces (grey in color), a watery flavorless sauce. And no rice was included!!!
Ok, no rice with meals take normally have rice. Just ok to me.
