I waited over 40 minutes for my food When asking where my food was, they kept saying five minutes my food never arrived
One of my favorite places in the area for dumplings and ramen. Everything is amazing and excellent service.
We asked to order take out. The first person we spoke with said ok and walked away. Then 10 minutes later someone else asked what we were waiting for and we said to order. When we eventually got our food it was basically inedible. It was as if they took all of the salt out of the ocean and put it on their dishes. The meat was overcooked. Never again. Atmosphere got 3 stars because my kid liked the waving cats at the register.
Bot picking up the phone is so bad I gave up on placing an order. Extremely frustrating.
I've been coming here nearly every week to every other week for years... back when they were called Big Bowls when I was in high school! The staff are the sweetest and this restaurant is truly a gem to Rutherford. Go-to picks are the General Taos with Udon noodles, pan fried shrimp dumplings, or the french onion ramen.
