Went for Denver restaurant week. Had the caesar salad and the whipped tofu, both were absolutely stellar! For the second course, I got the lamb skewers, which were absolutely amazing, super tender with great sauce. I had the pork dumplings for the third course, which was the weakest course by far. The sauces they provide definitely helped with the flavor of the dumplings. The wait staff was very nice, and the restaurant was cute, and not too loud.

The dumplings were good but everything else we tried was extremely bland and lacked seasoning, watched the chef pour our scallops out of a Costco looking freezer bag which makes sense because they tasted freezer burnt and even though they were sitting in butter they had absolutely zero flavor even the butter tasted watered down? The cacio e Pepe ramen tasted like watery Mac and cheese and had no pepper in it? Went to Dumplin’ for happy hour with my friends and it was so good! We started with the Cucumber Salad and Shishitos. Very tasty and the perfect apps. Then we loaded up on the $1 dumplings (10 per person) I got 4 mascarpone & mushroom, 3 Ginger Chicken, and 3 Pork & Leek and they were delicious. Especially dipping the mushroom in the balsamic and the other two in their Asian style barbecue.
