The permanent magnet gear motor on my husbands ladder rack lift went out, he got the Dumore part number from the part and was unable to find a replacement. He tried calling them for either a replacement or a compatible part number but got no answer. I sent them a message through their website 5 days ago. My husband has tried calling multiple times a day and leaving messages, but no one will return any of his calls or respond to the message I sent through their contact link.
