Very busy shop, friendly faces and excellent services. They are also very good at fixing my BMW X3. Huge thank you to all , your services and staff keeps me on the road 😎
Absolutely the best service! They got me exactly what I needed, and they did the job right away. I didn't have to wait for hours for them to honor an appointment, they were right on time, unlike my regular dealership that makes me wait for half a day for a simple job. They are also super friendly, and knowledgable. The tires that the owner recommended me were better than I expected, and the price was good.
We have taken our truck to Sooke Centre Auto for our oil changes for, the last 6 years or so.They couldn’t fit us in for over a month, so we went to Dumont. Best decision ever! They had us in the next week, completed the work, plus recalibrated our keys, as they were acting up. They did all this and had our truck back to us by just after noon! And here’s the kicker. They did all of this happily, and for less money than we usually pay. Safe to say that they will be our go to from now on.
Great professional service, friendly and efficient. Got a rim fixed and new tires, fair price, pleased I picked Dumont.
