My husband came here to get some ice cream to go. I realized later how expensive and what a rip off this place is: 1 small scoop is $4.50 but Medium size with 2 flavors is almost $8! They charge you $1 extra to mix and match flavors. If you get this medium size to go, they further scoop some ice cream back out so they can close it with a flat lid! They won't even buy rounded lid to fit the ice cream! Never coming here again!
Stopped in unexpectedly and were treated to delicious coffees, matcha drinks, ice cream and desserts. We will be back!’
Update: Really appreciative of the quick response from this location's manager to address the issue. Editing my review to 4 stars. Original review: I've been to Dumont multiple times in Frisco, but never had any rude experience from staff, as I had at this Coppell location around 9:20pm today. After I tipped the person, all I had asked for, was an empty cup so my 2yr old kid doesn't make a mess when sharing icecream with his elder sibling, and was told that wasn't their policy.
