this is best vet I have ever been to. I am shocked by these reviews...Dr Diggle is upfront with pricing, always presents options and never judges what decisions you make. I will continue to drive from Hudson County to Dumont, NJ for all my pet care needs. Sometimes pet care is expensive, but that's not the Dr's fault. I have had vets in Hoboken who charged 2x as much for the same procedures.
A Good Experience After reading all the positive reviews of Dr. Diggle I decided to take our newly adopted dog to him. I almost didn't take my three children because of the review about the small examining rooms. I am happy to say that the examining rooms are spacious. in fact, there were two chairs for my twins to sit in and my whole family of 5 plus the doctor and his assistant had more than enough room to stand. AWESOME VET!!!!! We love Dr. Diggle! After moving to New Jersey, my husband and I decided to get a family pet for the first time. I have owned pets all my life and am very familiar with vet visits. Dr. Diggle's office is very clean and his staff are very nice. When our new family member decided to eat everything in his path, we realized we had to limit his freedom. I love this vet I love Dumont Animal Hospital, I have been taking my cat there since I got him. Dr. Diggle is great, always takes the time to explain things to me, and lets me ask any questions I need. The staff is always very welcoming. We now take all of our animals there, and we love it there!!!
Marvelous! I took my bunny to have an exam and her nails clipped and Dr. Diggle was amazing. He has a warm, friendly bedside manner, answered all of my questions without being condescending, and I found him to be very thorough. The office staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. The waiting room was brightly painted and welcoming, too. I felt extremely comfortable at this office and I will surely return!
Dr. Diggle #1 Vet Dr. Diggle is the best. You can tell that he and his staff truly love animals and they are very good in handling them and show alot of patience. Favorite vet by far Dr. Diggle is a very personable, caring vet who takes his time to explain everything in detail and answer all your questions. He's very gentle and loving towards animals and tells you exactly during consultation how much everything costs so you're not blindsided later (i.e. Oradell Animal Hospital - amazing facility, but the cost is just outrageous and it seems like the vets don't know how much things cost so you really don't know how much you're being charged until you get to the front desk). Good Vet Dr. Diggle is an experienced veterinarian and I especially like that he doesn't make you feel rushed during the appointment. I have been to other vets and they just want to get you in and out as fast as possible and when I would ask a question they would give a one word answer and not explain anything. He takes the time to explain things and answer any and all questions which makes me feel at ease since I love my doggies and want the best care for them. Not the best in the area I was excited to see that this vet was opening around the corner a year or so ago. We made an appointment to take one of our cats in for her annual visit, and we figured we'd take it from there. The office is small. We were the only ones there at the time, and the waiting area itself is cramped and uncomfortable. The woman at the reception desk didn't seem to understand procedures.
