First , let me say that the staff were really nice. However, having respect for a knowledgeable client about their breed was a bit too much for them to swallow. My dog almost loss his eye because the vet was not willing to listen to me--even after I told her that I had over 30 years experience breeding and showing dogs. When the prescribed medication made my dog's eye worse, I tried to order and get approval for the necessary medication.
