Awful! They don't answer there phone how are you supposed to get assistance? Unacceptable!
Was with north dumfries for 30 years , they got bought out by this company, a man came to my house took 75 pictures, including of my bedroom.. , canceled my insurance over a Woodstove I have ALWAYS HAD ; told me I HAD to have 2 ways of heating my old country home despite my insurance broker telling me to cut my furnace from my basement( before the merge). They gave me no chance to rectify other complaints which were c02alarms and fire alarms & a pile of tyre's. 2 extreamly simple fixes. We got a simple letter in the mail say... read more

Colleen Kiriakos has been my agent for 24 years taking care of my home and three autos! She is AMAZING! She makes the difficult look simple, and does it with the warmth and personal touch of a family member. She responds quickly, with answers and a plan of attack.
