My experience with this doctor was horrible especially when I need the help the most. It all started when I get sick, wet to the ER and got up to Wednesday that week off work, I wanted the other two days to rest went to him and as to request the two days. He said no. I went to work and ended up going back to the ER that weekend and found i had blood clots. Spent 3days in ER. And as I try to get time from work I had to fight with this doctor. I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with this doctor's office, and I feel compelled to share it. When I called to request simple information, specifically the doctor's NPI (National Provider Identifier) number, it was shockingly difficult to get a straight answer. This is basic information that should be easily accessible, especially considering it's public information once you log into your medical portal. I had a visit at that office, I did not like the doctor's approach. If you are an educated person , that is not the clinic for you to attend, they feel like they are getting challenged if you ask a question, .They treat patients , like they are in a third world country. The service was very poor overall by all staff members I never returned to that place again, it was a very bad experience. One of the doctor's is more arrogant than the other one.
