OVERPRICED. decent selection. i walked out without buying anything, a bit offended.
sent my daughter to buy me rosemary, thyme and sage, prices for thyme was 2.99, the sage was 2.99 but rosemary was 59.80. She noticed too late and went back because she assumed it was a pricing mistake. The managers at the establishment said it was not a mistake. But I want customers to be aware of these prices. There is no way a small box of Rosemary cost 59.80 Update: The issue was resolved and the manager was very upfront about the pricing!
I absolutely love this cashier name Jersi. She is always smiling, kind, and ready to help. I especially love when she loudly says “Next!” because it helps customers notice that she’s open, especially when people are distracted or on their phones. She keeps the line moving smoothly and always has such a positive attitude. She bags my groceries so carefully to. My eggs never break! She truly makes every shopping trip better.
Today, Friday, May 15, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered by the Mujalli family who owns this store! My relative and I visited the store to purchase the advertised water special (3 for $11.99). While getting the water from the back of the store, I witnessed an associate stacking and flattening the cases by stepping on them with his sneakers.
