Absolutely love this place. When I need tools, paint, or random supplies for a project, they always have what I need—and the staff actually knows what they’re talking about. It’s rare to find a store where you can ask a question and get real advice instead of just being pointed to an aisle. You can tell it’s run by someone who genuinely cares about quality and customer service.
Born and raised in Dumbo Brooklyn but Do NOT SHOP HERE, RACIST owner. They always have issues with their cash register made in the early 2000s , awful customer service particularly with people of color. After getting two copies of keys and charging they made me they then accused me of using a bad credit card because their machine froze on them. I was never given my keys and I was treated so unfairly I was embarrassed that these are the people that are owning stores now in the area.
