This place is great for anyone looking to get a scooter repaired. The staff is very helpful, easy to work with, responsive and the prices are reasonable. Our kids are hard on their scooter and these guys are great at diagnosing the problem and letting us know if they can fix it. I would definitely recommend them.
There is not enough space on this page to leave a long enough review to explain how amazing at this company is!! All of the employees have been amazing and gone above and beyond for us! We love Dumber Scooters , and if you were thinking about buying a flat tire scooter, I highly recommend purchasing one from them!! My son bought a Seabass scooter and there have been so many issues with the design of the wiring by the back tire. We took it in once to get it repaired by their people and several other times and within 3 to 4 weeks the same issue happened with the wires rubbing up against the back tire. He spent almost $3800, he can’t ride it because it’s not safe.
