The guys here at Dumber Scooters are rockstars. We had a motor on our scooter burn up from miss use. I purchased a replacement from them. The replacement happened to be faulty, happens from time to time. In no way was it there fault, yet they helped me out with it and made things right so we could get our scooter back up and running! Great group of guys with their heads focused on customer service! It’s definitely worth the price point in these scooters!
The team is super helpful. I’ve had the scooter serviced several times and they are so great!
We've had the Mary for about 2.5 years and my daughter has ridden it very casually, not been hard on it at all, and yet something on it is always broken. My husband has done several repairs to it, and currently, it just won't run. No idea why. These are cheap bikes. Do your research. One of those lessons in life- you get what you pay for.
My son and I owned a Harry. Love it. Very stable! Love I can drive on the streets without a motorcycle lic. They go over 20 miles it seams. I have the rack for my vehicle and take this thing camping all the time. A++++++++ Highly recommend.
Absolutely garbage they said it would take about an hour per tire (maybe a bit more) they kept my scooter for 8 days and then charged me for a full price and didn’t even finish the project they started and continued to tell me that they were the only scooter store nation wide and that they had tried everything I’m very upset they wouldn’t budge on price for not finishing what they started and were very very mean about the situation I would 10/10 would not recommend if you want want good quality service these guys are an abso... read more
