Natalie is amazing! This is the second time we have used her at our business and just like the first time she came the same day and handled business in a short amount of time. Natalie was absolutely fantastic! She showed up quickly and worked super efficiently and even cleaned up all of the mess that was made while clearing the clog from my kitchen sink! I would recommend her before any other plumber in the Oakland area!
I found Natalie on Craigslist for a clog that I was having in my bathroom. I was happy that she actually showed up on time and was very professional. I have two young children and what I liked the most was that she was friendly and maintained her work area clean. I felt confident due the fact she explained what she was doing and didn't dodge any of my questions. The best thing though is that her prices are very reasonable.
