Dr. Dumas pulled my husband's molar, 6 years ago. The wait time was short and the whole procedure took less than 15 minutes. Dr. Dumas was very professional. My husband still raves about how fast and capable the dentist was.
Very nasty rude individuals and I'm paralyzed in my mouth from too much numbing medicine
Very rude, very unprofessional (both the nurses and Dr. Dumas). Left the examination office after trying to explain a situation to him. While leaving the building, another woman was complaining about the facility on her way out the door. This is ridiculous. How is it that you can get treated with respect at a place like Neighborhood Health Clinic's dental office (which I do recommend) and you cannot get respect from an allegedly "better" doctor? Absolutely disgusting.
