These people are great! He does the work right the first time. Doesn't try to make up things that are wrong with your car and always gives a fair price!
I have been using Dumais for my auto repair for about 6 years or more. They are neighborly, knowledgeable, and honest. I would recommend them to my family and friends and have!! I give them 5 stars with NO reservations!!
What a terrible job on bodywork. Had them fix some rust spots. It looks like a third grader did the work. They were also $100 over the estimate. I could only hope that thier auto repair is better then the body work.
I Should have listened to my friends I brought my 98 Dakota to Dumais because it have a pretty bad skip. about 3 days later he called me and told me he found the problem and it was the spark plugs, the rotor and distributer cap. Great Service! I needed my car to be tuned up, so, I stopped by Dumais Auto Repair and was greeted with amazing service. The moment I bring my car in, there's an employee flagging me in who starts helping me right away. I explain I just want to get my car tuned up, and he said it would be no problem. I shop around the nearby stores and return about 30-45 minutes later and they are already done! Excellant Service We took our truck here to get it fixed/stickered. It was fixed within 3-4 days from the time we droped it off. The reason why it was longer than the normal was because a part was ordered was not the right part so they ordered it from another company and they gave them the right part.
