A faulty visit that started with lack of appropriate signage on the building doors. Yes is a rented place but people on crutches cannot wonder about -is painful. Is OK to have people in training but please use appropriate devices. There is a need for wheelchair on premises, tall chairs for waiting area and a reception clerk for checking out.
