Very rude, impolite, inconsiderate of the therapist who decided not to see me for evaluation because I was 3 minutes late.
Strongly recommend. Contrary to an earlier comment there is handicap accessible parking, an ADA approved ramp up the curb, and automatic door. During the winter the staff of the facility went to great care to make sure the handicap accessible parking was removed of snow and well salted. I attended Duly Health and Care (formerly Dupage Medical Group) for physical therapy for about 3 months following shoulder surgery. I was on site for at least 25 visits and I never encountered an issue with the facility, staff or otherwise. T... read more
