5 Star! They really know their stuff. I have been there 5 times so far, post rotator cuff surgery. Progressing very well, and am looking forward to my next 7 visits. Everyone there genuinely cares and want their patients to get better. They are always friendly and great conversationalists. Definitely recommend going here for physical therapy. Thanks for all your help!
Just spent 10 minutes on the phone listening to the receptionist talk in the background and ask basic questions to find out I have to call central scheduling. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and unorganized. Must be katie and her staffs first day on the job or just truly doesn’t care!
the therapist juggle 3 clients at once, half the time is spent on a bike or icing your injury!! Almost 2 years later, I am no better!!
Great staff able to accommodate changes as needed.
