Just spent 10 minutes on the phone listening to the receptionist talk in the background and ask basic questions to find out I have to call central scheduling. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and unorganized. Must be katie and her staffs first day on the job or just truly doesn’t care!
the therapist juggle 3 clients at once, half the time is spent on a bike or icing your injury!! Almost 2 years later, I am no better!!
Great staff able to accommodate changes as needed.
My physical therapist, Collen, is so insightful I’m genuinely sad our visits have come to an end. My health journey wouldn’t have taken off in the direction it has if it weren’t for Collen’s help. She is such a good resource even beyond just therapy in the clinic or at home.
