Good doctors and medical staff, but the administrative functions managed very, very poorly. Lock of follow-up and delays, delays, delays. Doctors always running behind (45min-1 hour wait time). I have scheduled a procedure on 6/30 for 7/14, the instructions were mailed out to me on 7/13!!!! of course did not receive them by the time of procedure. What a waste of time! You need to be very healthy an patient to deal with Duly Health system
Completely unprofessional. No receptionist, had to leave after waiting an hour. Doctor overbooked patients.
