I arrived at Duly in Lockport at the immediate care at 8:00. The receptionist said that doesn’t open till 9. She said she would check me in at 9:00. At 9:10 I asked if I was checked in . They forgot. 9:25 I asked if I was checked in she said yes and I would be after the lady that went in before me. The woman before me came after 9:00 and they check her in first. Then the doctor ordered me an antibiotic and at 11:30 I called Walgreens and they had not received the script. I called Duly and 3 attempts the very nice woman tried... read more
