I absolutely hate calling Duly health. My family and I have been with Duly for over 20 years but the customer service has really gone down. I’ve been on hold for over 2 hours and my issue is still not resolved!!
Thorough appointment. Doc/staff friendly and quick to act
Excellent staff, just wish they didn’t have an indian call center managing the phone lines. Or more specifically, I wish they hired competent and compassionate people to answer the phone. I accidentally missed an appointment for my depo provera birth control due to a family emergency and the woman at the call center who answered me said that they would call me back to rebook my appointment but also noted that “good girls don’t need birth control.” Disgraceful. I wish I caught her name. No one should have to deal with that.
Worst experience in a doctor's office I have ever had. The receptionist did not enter my information when I checked in causing me to wait for over an hour to be seen until another receptionist helped me. The doctor I saw also provided me with no insight for my issue and was dismissive to my concerns. I will never be coming back.
