My was broken. So I went to duly to have my splint on. One of the physical therapist named Allison she was awesome very kind and good caregiver. She handled everything patiently And calmly. I Recommend best therapist at dupage physical therapy center at 2124 Ogden Avenue Oswego
I’ve been dealing with a surgery gone wrong for 2 years, I have never felt more demoralized and ignored by anyone than Duly, it’s impossible to get through phone calls, impossible to schedule appointments, and the amount of times receptionists flat out hang up on me is well into the hundreds, they bend over backwards to save insurance money. “Duly Health and Care, profit over people”

My husband arrived to the office as a walk-in to see his doctor regarding mild chest pains (this discomfort has been discussed w/his doctor before). The front office staff had him wait around for them to finally tell him to go to an urgent care facility. He asked to see his doctor & they told him "he's busy". TERRIBLE PATIENT CARE! NO ONE AT THIS OFFICE TRULY CARES FOR THEIR PATIENTS. DON'T RECOMMEND DULY!
