I brought my wife here for a scheduled skin tag removal appointment and she paid $183 upfront.Once she was taken in, her blood pressure was checked, and the doctor (Dr. Masood Khan) told her that she was scheduled with the wrong provider and that she needed to see a dermatologist instead. He told her directly to request a refund, since no service would be performed. After one hour of discussing with the operator what i need an appointment for, he scheduled me with the wrong doctor. I got charged and they did not want to refund me. Scammers.
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Communication and No Accountability I had a very frustrating experience with Duly Health and Care. Never had problems at this facility, other than they could put a waste basket near the door at public restroom on the 1st floor. People just throw their trash there.. rude...
I’ve seen Cathy Riggs on and off for years, and every time I manage to injure myself (which is more often than I’d like to admit), she puts me back together and gets me moving again.
