i made wrong decision brought my newborn in this place 9 months ago. i love dr jenny but however she always take forever to take care of the patient. she let the patients talks too much on the visit time and it make another patient appointment messed up. 9 times visit and 9 times we gotta waiting for 1 to 2 hours. could you imagine bring the baby with you and the place not even nice for the kid, there’s no spot to play like the other pediatrician, and we gotta waiting for 1 or 2 hours and more than that. last time we were wa... read more
Changing Pediatrician after 9 years and 3 kids... We started using DuPage Medical Group Pediatrics in 2013 and absolutely recommended it to anyone we knew with kids. Dr. Chris was wonderful, the office was clean and well-kept and phones were answered quickly. It was always such a relief how they scooted things around to make a few appointments available for sick kids the day of your call. Unfortunately, it's time to find another pediatrician. We have been with this office for several years, and since Dr. Chris left, it has gone nothing but downhill. When I now need a sick visit, no one answers the phones, when the website states that they are open till 7pm. I sent a message via mychart and was informed, and I quote "We are only open until 7pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. However, the phones turn off at 5pm on Mon-Thurs and at 4pm on Fridays." It truly takes a lot for me to post a poor review, and this is not a reflection on the doctors or nurses, but ever since switching to Duly it is extremely painful trying to get a phone call through to the office. I’m on hold for at least 5 minutes before I even talk to someone to transfer me to the office. I have had a great experience with the doctors, but I think I will be looking at an office that has better communication.
