Dr. Kazi took the time to listen to my concerns and he calmed me down and kept me calm and as comfortable as he could. He was truthful and if there was going to be any pain Dr. Kozi told me. He has a great bedside manner as well as his assistant. They genuinely care about their patients.
I was a new patient at this location i Visited Rachel Wiktor, PA-C at the Bolingbrook Urology location..she explained my options. She took her time and I didn't feel rushed...
Everyone was pleasant and professional.
