The doctors are nice and I really liked my ultrasound tech, but appointments seem really rushed. Customer service on the phone has been really rough. Very long wait time and not very nice almost every time. Talked to blue cross blue shield and was informed a bill was higher due to them billing me for a diagnostics ultrasound and not a pregnancy ultrasound. Billing is refusing to fix it.
My visit was very good. I really like Dr. Szafranski. He explains everything well and is very easy to talk with.
