Duly just wants you to pay. They claim they care about patients. I walked in with a bum knee. I was X-ray, given crutches and a knee brace. And told to make an appointment with specialist. No medication prescribed. I’m never going back. They can keep their specialist!
BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! THEY LIE ABOUT WHAT THEY ACTUALLY WILL DO TO HELP YOU. I NEEDED A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FOR BOTOX FOR A MEDICALLY NECESSARY ISSUE THAT MY INSURANCE WILL COVER, WAS TOLD THEY DO PA’s AND IT WOULDNT BE A PROBLEM. WHEN I TALKED TO MY INS COMPANY THEY SAID THEY WILL APPROVE IT IF THE DOCTOR SENDS IN A PA EXPLAINING WHY IT IS MEDICALLY NECESSARY. CALLED THE DOCTOR BACK AND SPOKE TO THE RECEPTIONIST TO TELL THE DOCTOR TO SUBMIT THE PA TO MY INS COMPANY AND THEY REFUSED TO AND THEN SENT ME A BILL TO PAY FOR ... read more
