Poor customer service
I really like going to this Dulux outlet. Karen is fantastic at assisting with all my questions (and inexperience) and I always feel well equipped with everything when I leave, and I won't need to go back due to forgetting something. It's that individualised attention, and a friendly face which makes me keep going back. Thanks Karen and team!
Customer service was awful and very little help at all. Definitely go anywhere else that give the impression they want to be of some assistance!
The store hours state that it closes at 11:00 AM. I arrived at 10:45 AM, but the doors were already closed. There was a staff member inside who refused to open the door, even though there were still 15 minutes left according to their posted timings. Very disappointing experience.
