Very bad customer service i ordered paint and painter went to paint shop to collect and they forgot to the order wooww

Very good service
I went to Dulux Doncaster this morning to get a part attached to my Graco 695. I mentioned that it was a 15-minute job that I could do myself if I had the right tools. After checking the machine for about 5 minutes, the staff member told me they needed to replace some parts, which would take 7 days. I then took the machine to another Dulux store, where it was fixed in 30 minutes, including cleaning and tidying up the parts. It's clear that the first guy didn’t know what he was doing.
I was a first time painter. I spent 2 weeks online to search the right product for my bathroom ceiling paint. The online product review for the Dulux product is not good, the rate is low. But when I was at Bunnings, I chatted with a professional painter. He told me, he only used Dulux. This is why I stepped in this centre. The staff are so nice and answered my lots of questions.
