Ugh good lord... this place is just depressing (and has been for 20 years). At least it now has a chipotle!
Great airport, immigration can take some time though.
Customs and passport control is outrageous.
Easier to get an Uber here than most airports

There is no mobile walkways in the concourse. It will be a very long walk from one side to get to the other.
Do not eat at Wolfgang! Food sucks bad.
Security is extremely slow here. Allow an extra hour or more. C and D terminals area dumps. Get food before you come.
Few options to eat before you pass security. If you miss your flight you're lost!
