It took 43 years of life to file my 1st insurance claim, so naturally I held my breath as to how this process would play out. Dulles Ins, and Eire Ins. were very responsive, and walked me through the entire process. Our breakdown occurred during CV19 with repair parts in thin supply, not to mention it was a late Friday afternoon. Unreliable, unhelpful when there are issues, and unfocused (even with long term customers). Steer clear! I completely agree with the other negative reviews. They’ve really gone downhill.
