I had a wonderful first appointment with Dr. Gorle today. As someone with a fairly extensive medical history at a pretty young age, I worry that providers won't fully listen to me/care about all aspects of my care. Dr. Gorle was a wonderful listener and referenced topics I had mentioned throughout the exam without me having to backtrack or remind her. She is incredibly thorough and kind. Great experience and friendly
I'm extremely unhappy with the service provided to me. I just went for Annual physical as it would be covered by my insurance. As part of the conversation , I answered the questions asked by doc and team. I was not at all aware that I have been given additional tests to be taken. I had to pay those biills and pay for doc follow up video call. I lost about 250$ on this. Utter waste of my money and time. Staff is not knowledgeable of what specific services are offered. Young lady at the front desk was on FaceTime when I walked in and was not pleasant. I made an appointment and explained EXACTLY what I needed. Only to get there and the doctor could not help. Also, while getting my vitals checked I was advised that my blood pressure was low. While waiting I am extremely nervous only to find out the young lady doesn’t know what a normal or low BP is.
