Poor customer service.. Had been there a few times.. Last time went, the person at the desk said” we are going through you insurance first .. Today come in .. And it is we have you as a no pay .. And have turned it over to a collection person .. And I informed them, I have not received on phone call or a bill in the mail.. And Dr. Dull removed me from my cleaning..
Dr. Dull is always amazing and she has an excellent staff.
I always have had great experiences at this office. I am especially pleased with the work of the dental hygienist, Charla Mick. She gives a gentle cleaning with no discomfort.
