I would give him a zero if I can. I made a phone consult with him. He discussed my case & stated he’ll email his plan of care & recommendations. $375 fee, 4 follow up phone calls, 1 email, 22 days later, nothing. No call back. Receptionist not professional over the phone. Either Dr Dulin is too busy or his staff does not keep him informed properly. I asked for a refund. We shall see about that. Will report to BBB.
Dr. Dulin is the best medical proffessional I've ever spoken with. His knowledge is absolutely mind blowing. He's able to answer all my questions right away and find solution. I call him 'my genius doctor'. I can recommend him to anyone who's seeking medical advice.
