Last fall my AC unit sprung a leak and after consulting with Steve we determined it wasn't worth repairing the leak and a replacement was needed but I wanted to wait until this spring. Steve contacted me in early January to tell me the cost of my new HVAC system was going to have a substantial manufacturer price increase.
