I had a wonderful experience at Dulhan. There were many beautiful options to choose from, and everything looked carefully organized. The store itself was very clean and beautifully arranged, which made shopping there even more enjoyable. The atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable. What really stood out was the customer service. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive.
I wish I could give a negative star but giving 1 as that’s the least. I’m writing this after watching what my sister went through with this store, and it was honestly shocking. The lack of professionalism and communication here caused nothing but stress. Promises were made and not kept, timelines were ignored and my sister was ditched without a care in the world by the owner. Raziya is the worst. I had a great experience at Dulhan! The staff here was so kind, helpful, and patient, and we were so happy with our purchase. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and went above and beyond to make sure everything fit perfectly and matched our vision. The selection was also beautiful and high quality, and I would highly recommend Dulhan to anyone looking for a special outfit.

I got married in 2024. My wife and I came to Dulhan 8-9 months ahead of our wedding and both ordered our outfits from them. I tried on a sherwani I liked and we made our order and gave our deposit. We were told we'd have our outfits 2 months ahead of the wedding. We also did two more fittings through the next 8 months. Two weeks after the designated delivery date I am calling Raziya as I haven't heard from her. She tells my wife and I to come in.
