Well the relationship started good with the sales team and the first supervisor. I must say the supervisors changed during the build, this had a negative effect on the build as others were picking up the issues of others along the way. In the main the sub contractors used by Dulger homes were second rate and in so many cases fare from caring in the workman ship they did. This review is based on our full experience with our build. Have given 2 stars as they have yet to complete PCI items and maintenance items after almost a year. Sales stage seemed quite good and was very flexible. Contract stage was not as smooth and were charged for items missed in the contract via a variation. Misled on timeframes quite a lot from stating that it would take only 6 weeks from land settlement to receive building permit, 3 weeks to start on site after receiving building permit, 343 days to complete a build an... read more
Great communication from start to finish, custom alterations and a great build ! Emily and I are huge fans of Kemal and are greatful for Dulger being reliable and professional during a time when a lot of builders were closing over night!
Very difficult to find superlative adjectives for Jane Cheong that haven't been mentioned several times already on so many reviews. We signed our contracts recently and will commence build soon.
