Fabulous! Darling Boutique! Lastest styles and the sales peolpe are very helpful but not to much so! Wonderful place to meet a girlfriend then have lunch near by!
Expensive clothing This is an expensive womens clothing store located on South Dubuque. If you are lucky you can find a parking meter to plug and walk to this store. This is not the type of store that a student would be shopping at (or should be shopping at) due to the high prices. It is nice to look around at the beautiful pieces of clothing though.
Love it!!! Amazing place. Great atmosphere. The owner is so helpful, sweet and makes you feel like family. Love it.
Dulcinea is a breath of fresh air... friendly staff & super cute clothes! Dulcinea is a great shop! Whenever I'm in Iowa City I like to stop in and see what fun fashions they have and also chat with their friendly staff. Dulcinea....high end apparel with a high end price tag! Enjoying the late summer the other day downtown, I spotted DLUCINEA. I hadn't been in this shop for a couple of weeks or so, so I decided to stop in and see if they had anthing new that caught my fancy, so to speak. When I entered the door I caught the eye of the employee behind the counter.
