Just had a exam this past March and had a cytopoint injection for my dog with seasonal allergies they said that is not part of their routine plan...ridiculous go to this vet mentioned below instead. Lifeline Veterinary Urgent Care is 10 minutes farther and you do not have to keep paying the additional exam fee for something that was already examined. Follow up: I took my cat into HVHS and with they were able to determine she had a brain tumor and was experiencing cognitive decline. Always be an advocate for your pets and walk away if a situation or service feels off. —————- I contacted this clinic to schedule an assessment for my cat to determine whether euthanasia might be necessary. When booking the appointment, the receptionist immediately began quoting euthanasia prices as though the decision had already been made. I took my dog there for the first time and I was told that I needed to spend $300 on her first visit for medicine then I was told to bring her back for a check up to see how she was doing and the check up I was later told that She could’ve easily had just gotten a cheaper prescription in the first place and that then her issue would be resolved.
