I took my dog there for the first time and I was told that I needed to spend $300 on her first visit for medicine then I was told to bring her back for a check up to see how she was doing and the check up I was later told that She could’ve easily had just gotten a cheaper prescription in the first place and that then her issue would be resolved. I can’t say enough good things about this office and especially Dr. Dukes. My puppy was neutered here, and the next day his incision opened after he managed to lick it when I wasn’t in the room. I called right away, emailed a photo as requested, and they got back to me quickly and told me to bring him in the same day, even though it was two days before Christmas. Dr. Dukes and her team took the situation seriously and got him seen right away. They put him back under, re-stitched the incision, and made sure he was properly ca... read more
