Dukes is amazing! I had my car checked out from a different shop and they estimated $7800 for what they *think* might be the problem. Dukes had me bring in my car and didn’t charge me for the first visit because they weren’t able to give me a definitive answer, just that it was in the transmission. They had me bring it in again and we’re able to take apart the transmission, figure out what it was, and fix it- costing only $1300! The employees at Dukes are as friendly and knowledgeable as they come. They do a thorough job at a reasonable price. I have gone through them multiple times and every time I am more and more satisfied. They aren't afraid to break down the terminology and explain to you what the cause is and how it could affect the future of your vehicle in a way that is easy to understand. I recommend Dukes to everyone when they are looking for a good Mechanic with good prices.

I brought my truck in for a fuel pump and fuel injectors replacement. All was good until I got the bill. They charged me double or 100% markup on the parts. I was shocked! They told me they use the Napa Trac parts program to charge for parts and that's what the program told them to charge . Weak excuse in my book. They knew how much mark up they were doing for parts. Brought my truck in to have the tranny repaired. The guys in the shop brought me back and explained the whole process and were great at keeping in contact with me over the phone and answering questions. Duke was fair with his pricing and was within the quote that was given to me. I am having him do work on my motor too. Would recommend Dukes Transmission to anyone.
