Duke's was fantastic and we would use them again. They showed up when scheduled, were quick, and explained things in an easy to understand way. They also pointed out some things we need to keep an eye out for and suggestions for the future. We felt like we got great service. We will be using Duke's again!
Please do not trust this company if you are in need of septic services.. I called them on Friday 11/25 and made an appointment for 4 that day. They never showed up and never called. The next morning I called at 9 AM. to ask for the service. The lady on the other end said the driver called and I didn't answer (I recieved calls throughout the day and night, none from them. ) They also never left a message.
