Worst experience with this real state and owner.
Dukes was good over the years that we had him but as time went on things got missed and things never got followed up on. We have moved away from Dukes and it was a shambles with the accounts. We also had a few people in the strata group pay into his account and he is holding the money and not transfering it to our new strata... Responding Yes you did give cheque over but what about unit 20 paying into your account for our strata and you refused to reply to Rosemarys emails and phone calls regarding the transfer of that money... read more
