Responded to a service call to one of Dukes Beautiful Properties. The property manager Aliyah couldn’t have been more accommodating and polite along with her team. We exchanged business cards so we can work in the future. I would definitely recommend Dukes Properties and Construction for your property management needs.
Great communication
I usually don't respond with reviews but this company disappointed me. Was looking forward to get some inspections in and contact the phone number, only to be met with unprofessionalism on the first call, with a long hold of about 15 minutes! I didn't mind the hold at first but then after I waited they hung up so I tried a different day. Finally reached out to them and I was told that I had to wait once again and was put on hold! Disappointed since I was wanting to cooperate but was not given the chance!
