Is this place still open? Both my fiancé and I have called during business hours, had to leave voicemail, sent email to the info address on their website....literally no acknowledgement, no response. I manage a service business in Calgary and yes we get many inquiries via phone, email and through our website, every customer gets a response. I can't stand terrible customer service, no excuse.
