Hit a deer with my Tacoma back in early 2021. His shop was the only available due to Covid. Replaced parts with cheaper brands. Overspray on plastics. Worst of all the UCA he replaced came loose when I was driving. They didn’t tighten the nut. Also he filled my fender with expansion foam. Wouldn’t take anuthing but cash for the deductible.Didn’t want to give me a reciept. My truck still won’t hold an alignment after whatever he did to my suspension
My car was damaged down the driver side from bumper to bumper by a deer. I took my car to Mr.Dukes, we walked around and looked at all of the damages that were visible to the eye. Everything got replaced and painted! I had no problems at all and it was also done in a timely manner. Thank you Mr.Dukes!
If you have your car painted here, make sure that you get him to write you a contract and have it signed. He and I walked around the car, I showed him everything I wanted done, we even repeated it a few times. He gave me his price, I said ok which I had no problem paying. The problem is when my wife brought the car home I realized he didn’t do half the work we agreed on.
