Management is terrible , needs to be replaced. They couldn’t keep up with the storm in December. Now after this storm it’s unacceptable. I hold the management not the workers responsible for this. If you live in a HOA situation DO NOT Contract with Dukes.
UPDATED REVIEW: Since my first review, Duke’s has done a much better job at my condo complex (Highpoint in Stanhope). Apparently, other people were complaining too. Anyway, their snow removal drastically improved and as of now, they have been doing a great job with Spring cleanup: relining mulch beds, cleaning up dead perennials, pruning larger shrubs, etc.
