DUKE BUILDERS IN ROBERTSDALE BUILT MY HOME IN 2oo3,WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE TIME IT TOOK TO BUILD NY HOME.I MOVED INTO MY HOUSE TEN WEEKS FROM THE DAY IT WAS STARTED.WE HAD A FEW ISSUES BUT CONSIDERED THIS PART OF THE PROCESS. THE BUILDER /OWNER WAS VERY NICE TO US AND DID EXTRAS THAT WE DID NOT EXPECT. SO HERE IS ONE THAT IS NOT COMPLAINING.
Don't even bother stopping by... the terrible (and many times ABSENCE OF) customer service make this company one no-brainer. A terrible waste of my time. Want more proof? After our home, our mortgage company vowed NEVER to lend money on this builder again.
Do not use this company - for alittle more on the price of a home you can find a better homebuilder. Sometimes the lower price is just what you pay for. They are terrible to deal with and the whole process is sickening. They will not talk with you and only give you the run around. Check with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IN BALDWIN COUNTY BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY. You will see the reports for yourself. I only wish I had used another company.
Dukes Homes, Inc is also building my home and it has been a nightmare.They will not return my phone calls and they have poor workmanship. It does not matter if you sent them 30 faxes and 100 phone calls, they will not respond. They also lie about the completion date. The owner will not return any phone calls.buyer beware !!!!!!! I am now getting an attorney to take the matter over.
Dukes Homes Inc. in Robertsdale, AL is building my home and you would not believe all the problems I am having. They said that my home would be completed in 90 days, well its now been 9 months. The square footage does not match the floor plan, the cabinets I picked out for the kitchen does not match, etc. etc. This has got to be the WORST home builder in South Baldwin County in Alabama. Every time I ask when it will be completed I constantly get the run around. All I want is my house to be completed so that I can move in.
